PCC ships hemp and hemp-derived products only where the product, destination, and carrier route are currently eligible. Shipping availability can differ by product category and jurisdiction, and an order may be cancelled and refunded if it cannot lawfully or contractually be shipped.

Adults 21+ and UPS delivery

PCC products are intended for adults 21 and older. UPS is PCC's primary DTC carrier. UPS requires Adult Signature Required service for U.S. shipments containing hemp or hemp derivatives, so an adult age 21 or older with valid identification must be available to receive qualifying shipments.

Destination restrictions

Not every product can be shipped to every state or territory. Eligibility depends on the product category, destination, current applicable law and carrier policy. A product appearing on the website does not mean that it can be shipped to every address.

PCC does not currently ship hemp products internationally.

Vape and disposable products

UPS prohibits hemp derivatives intended for consumption through an aerosolized solution. Accordingly, Pocket Press and other cannabinoid vape or disposable products are not available for DTC shipment through UPS.

Rates and promotions

Available shipping services, rates and qualifying shipping promotions are shown at checkout for eligible orders. A shipping promotion does not override product or destination restrictions.
