Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pure Canna Co., every order is packed by hand and checked before it ships. Because our products are consumable hemp products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives wrong, we will make it right as long as you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Inspect your order when it arrives

Please open and inspect your order as soon as it is delivered to your address. Check the outer box, the packaging and every item against your order confirmation.

48-hour contact window

If any item is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as shown by the carrier's tracking. Email purepressco.2025@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the shipping box, the packaging and the item(s)

We will respond within 2–4 business days. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion. Claims received more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.

Not eligible for a refund or replacement

  • Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Opened or used product, unless it is a damage or defect claim reported within 48 hours
  • Orders placed in error by the customer
  • Items sent back to us without prior approval
  • Delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Packages refused, returned or seized because of local laws or restrictions

Lost or stolen packages

Once tracking shows an order as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier first. If you need help, reach out and we will do our best to help you file a claim.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase if they have not started processing or shipping. Email purepressco.2025@gmail.com with "Cancel Order #[your order number]" in the subject line.
